A design-forward website that highlights Harvard University’s vibrancy and breadth of expertise

Harvard University is commonly thought to be an undergraduate school, as this is what is primarly portrayed in movies and pop culture. In reality, it is a collective of 14 schools, including the undergraduate institutition Harvard College.

Harvard University set out to restablish the primary harvard.edu site as an accurate representation of it's structure, governance and history.

HPAC, Harvard’s central communications office, recognized that beyond guiding visitors to a relevant Harvard school site, there was an opportunity to introduce a type of story telling that weaves noteworthy insights from each of its schools into a unified narrative that reflects that Harvard community working together for common purposes.

Allowing visitors to explore undergraduate and graduate programs offered throughout the entire University

While Harvard's academics programs are distributed amongst the schools - each with their own application process and requirements - a Program Browser was introduced that that allows visitors to search and filter more than 200 programs by area of study, degree type, school, keyword and more.
