Beginning in 2017, Modern Tribe started a collaboration with Little League International to undergo a significant refresh of multiple digital properties. I was priveleged to lead a small team that tackled significant UX and information architecture challenges, and developed a new visual language that laid the groundwork for a future and durable rebrand.
In a league where home town pride is everything, Regional websites allow fans and volunteers to track regional news, events, and videos all year around. We not only standardized the look and feel of each region site - while allowing for each region's unie branding - we also succeeded at centralizing the regional site editors and contributors into one CMS and shared toolset.

We designed a set of content tools and UI patterns that would not only modernize the ever-popular World Series site - much to the delight of its millions of visitors - but allow editors to create and brand a website for any world series tournament organized by Little Leauge. Any division, any year - dozens of tournament sites have been created and archived by the team at HQ.
